Our Activated Charcoal +Plus Soap is handcrafted with activated charcoal and a nourishing blend of plant oils and butters to create a rich, cleansing bar suitable for both the face and body.

Activated charcoal is highly absorbent and is especially popular for oily, combination and blemish-prone skin, helping lift away excess oil, buildup and everyday impurities from the skin's surface. The result is skin that feels fresh, clean and balanced without the need for synthetic fragrance.

The “Plus” comes from our blend of organic Lavender, Rosemary and Tea Tree essential oils, selected to complement the clarifying qualities of activated charcoal while giving the bar its naturally fresh, herbal aroma.

Our soap is made with a skin-loving base of Calendula-Rose infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Rosehip Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Shea Butter and Castor Oil.

Gentle enough for regular body cleansing and occasional facial use, this versatile bar also creates a smooth lather with plenty of slip, making it a lovely option for shaving.

The Ritual

For the face, wet skin with warm water and work the bar into a lather between your hands. Gently massage the lather over the skin, avoiding the eye area, then rinse thoroughly. Start with 2–3 uses per week and adjust according to how your skin feels.

For the body, use in the shower or bath as often as desired.

Shaving tip: This bar develops a wonderfully smooth “slip.” Work up a generous lather and use it as a shaving soap for the legs or body.

To help your bar last longer, allow it to dry completely between uses. Pair it with our Pine Wooden Soap Dish to keep it elevated and well drained.

Lavender Essential Oil
Provides the bar with its soft herbal aroma and is traditionally valued in skincare for its soothing and cleansing qualities.

Rosemary Essential Oil
Adds a fresh botanical note and is commonly used in skincare formulations designed to leave skin feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Tea Tree Essential Oil
Known for its distinctive clean, herbaceous aroma, tea tree is especially popular in products formulated for oily and blemish-prone skin.

Because every bar is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, pattern and finished weight are completely natural and make each batch unique.

Our soaps are cured before being offered for use, allowing excess water to evaporate and helping create a firmer, longer-lasting bar.
