Activated Charcoal + Soap

Description

Activated charcoal is good for oily skin, and acne-prone skin. It has high detoxification properties to help cleanse skin of different impurities. This soap can also help as a deodorant. With extreme absorbent properties, activated charcoal is ideal in drawing out impurities in the skin, and helping acne-prone skin with future breakouts.

There are also anti-aging properties in activated charcoal. It is said to tighten pores, smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, reduces inflammation which in turn helps slow down the aging process. This soap is gentle enough to use on the face and whole body. The "Plus" part of this cleansing soap is the added Organic Essential oils: *lavender, *rosemary and *tea tree. 

Our Activated Charcoal +Plus soap is handcrafted in small batches and priced by weight. The current batch is approximately 3 oz per bar of soap. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery as our soaps are made to order. The cure time for this soap is approximately 7 days. Curing allows any excess water to dissipate, in turn hardening the soap and allowing it to last longer. Please make sure the soap dries in between uses. Ingredients 

(Saponified). *Calendula officinalis-Rosa Damascena (Calendula-Rose oil infused in Cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil). **Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil). *Rosa Canina Fruit (Rosehip Oil). *Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower Seed Oil). **Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter). *Ricinus Communis (Castor Seed Oil) & Activated Charcoal. Essential Oils: *Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender). *Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary Leaf Extract). *Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree Leaf Oil). 

The Ritual

Wash face with warm water 2-3 times a week. As Activated Charcoal has a detox effect to the skin, please allow 1-2 weeks for your skin to calm down and get the impurities out. Wash your body in the shower or bath daily as needed. Tip: This soap has a nice "slip" effect and can be used to shave the legs. 

Lavender essential oil has antiseptic and anti fungal properties which is useful in dealing with different skin issues such as: Acne, Wrinkles and inflammatory conditions. 
Rosemary essential oil has anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Improves the youthful skin quality by helping the appearance of hydration and natural shine of your skin. 
Tea tree essential oil is anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, antiviral, antiseptic, and fungicide. Tea tree essential oil can help in relieving inflammation and encourages blood flow as it is a stimulant, to help with speeding up new tissue and cellular growth.
