There is so much that we want to tell all of you. First a question: Have you ever wanted your skin care products to be tailored to you? Well, we can do that for you.
This is a big part of what Careful Body Care (CBC Designs) is all about. A few years back, I had a medical issue with the skin around my eyes. I had contact dermatitis. The doctor of course prescribed something for the irritation. It was a type of hydrocortisone cream. After doing some research about how this will help I realized I didn't like the way it might effect the skin around my eyes in the long run. It felt like a band aid effect.
I was talking to my best friend about this issue I was having and she suggested I use Calendula oil. So of course the person I am, I did more research. I found out that Calendula is very beneficial to skin irritations. I started creating my own infused oils with Calendula flowers, Rose flowers and so on including oil cleansing. I felt that I wanted to figure this out with a natural product and avoid the chemicals if I could. In turn, I realized that so many people out there are looking for more natural and organic products to use. I wanted to be part of that and provide something that others could confidently use and not be worried about what they were putting on their skin as well as their families.
Cue my formulation course. If I was going to do this, I needed more guidance and education. I am now certified in Natural Facial Skincare. And as they say: The rest is history!
