Obsidian Activated Charcoal Soap is a handcrafted cleansing bar made with botanical oils, shea butter and our signature calendula and rose infusion. Its deep charcoal colour and fresh herbal aroma bring a distinctive touch to your daily cleansing ritual, leaving skin feeling clean and refreshed.

Each Obsidian Activated Charcoal Soap is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients.

Because every bar is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, pattern and finished weight are completely natural and make each batch unique.

Our soaps are cured before being offered for use, allowing excess water to evaporate and helping create a firmer, longer-lasting bar.

The Botanical Blend

Botanical Oils + Shea Butter Olive, coconut, sunflower, rosehip and castor oils join shea butter to form the foundation of the soap.

Calendula + Rose Our signature herbs are infused into extra virgin olive oil before it is incorporated into the blend.

Activated Charcoal Gives Obsidian its distinctive deep black colour.
Lavender, Rosemary + Tea Tree Create a fresh, herbaceous aroma with soft floral notes.

Ingredients

Calendula + Rose Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Rosehip Oil, Sunflower Oil, Shea Butter, Castor Oil, Activated Charcoal.

Essential Oils: Lavender, Rosemary and Tea Tree.

The Ritual

Work the bar between wet hands or onto a damp washcloth to create a lather. Gently cleanse the skin, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry and follow with your favourite Careful Body Care body butter if desired.

Between uses, place Obsidian on a well-draining soap dish, away from standing water and the direct shower stream, to help the bar dry and last longer.

Suitable Skin Types

Best suited to normal, combination and oily skin that enjoys a traditional soap cleanse. If your skin tends to feel dry or tight after washing, followup with a moisturizer.

Obsidian contains lavender, rosemary and tea tree essential oils; sensitive or easily irritated skin should be patch tested before regular use.
