Our last blog post talked about our 21 day Challenge (below) and we wanted to follow-up with you. How was it? Do you feel like there was a difference? Please share your experiences with us :)
To recap, here was the challenge below. If you still want to try it out, please do so. This was another way to be aware of how we interact with people and how we can find small things in our lives to enjoy and still do those small deeds through our days.
